Gemio AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by FreeLink Network Limited. We provide users with access to advanced Artificial Intelligence models for text dialogue (such as Claude 4 Sonnet/Opus) and AI image generation and editing tools.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Gemio AI, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FreeLink Network Limited is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Plans: We offer monthly subscription plans (e.g., $6.50/month) as detailed on our Pricing page.
Billing: Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of AI resources and the immediate consumption of server costs:
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that no AI dialogues or image generation features have been utilized.
Once a user has consumed any AI service credits, the subscription becomes non-refundable for that billing cycle.
6. User Conduct & Content
You agree not to use Gemio AI for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to generating harmful, defamatory, or infringing content. FreeLink Network Limited reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and branding associated with Gemio AI are the exclusive property of FreeLink Network Limited. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to your subscription tier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeLink Network Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI models or any service interruptions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
