At Gemio AI, operated by FreeLink Network Limited, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our AI services. However, because our services involve the immediate allocation of high-cost computational resources (GPU/API costs), we have established the following refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions under the following specific conditions:
The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The user has not utilized any AI resources. This means no AI text dialogues have been generated and no AI images have been created or edited using the Gemio AI platform.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
The user has already consumed AI credits, initiated dialogues, or generated images during the current billing cycle.
The 14-day window from the date of purchase has expired.
The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).
The request is for a renewal payment that was not cancelled before the billing date (we provide easy cancellation tools in your account dashboard to prevent unwanted renewals).
3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. While you may contact us for initial inquiries, Paddle provides the official customer service for billing and handles the technical processing of returns.
4. How to Request a Refund
