At Gogebot, we strive to provide the best AI experience for our users. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure a fair process for handling refund requests.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is based on the usage of our AI services within a specific timeframe. Usage is defined as the number of AI-generated messages/chats initiated by the user.
Standard Refund Window (7 Days)
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, subject to the following conditions:
Low Usage (Full Refund): If you have used fewer than 5 AI chat messages within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
High Usage (Partial Refund): If you have used 5 or more AI chat messages within the first 7 days, the current month’s subscription fee is non-refundable. For annual subscribers, the remaining months of the subscription will be refunded pro-rata.
2. Subscription Specifics
Monthly Subscriptions
Usage < 5 messages: Full refund if requested within 7 days.
Usage ≥ 5 messages: No refund will be issued for the current month. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
Usage < 5 messages: Full refund if requested within 7 days.
Usage ≥ 5 messages: If a refund is requested within the first 7 days but usage exceeds the limit, we will deduct the equivalent cost of one full month's subscription (at the standard monthly rate) and refund the remaining balance of your annual payment.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
4. Policy Notes
Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who act in bad faith or attempt to abuse the refund system (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds).
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future billing, even if you are not eligible for a refund for the current period.
